Directions
Combine 1 tablespoon of Ossa Gelatin with 250ml of organic orange juice.

Add honey to taste, ensuring it provides just the right amount of sweetness.
Pour the sweetened gelatin mixture into molds.
For an added electrolyte boost, sprinkle a pinch of sea or pink salt.
Place the molds in the freezer to set.
