7 tablespoons Ossa Pasture Raised Gelatine

4 ripe peaches peeled and sliced

1/3 cup organic mango purée

1/4 cup organic honey

1/4 cup lemon juice

8 - 10 drops Vitamin C and D
Directions
Place sliced peaches in a blender, add mango, lemon and honey. Blend until smooth.
Pour blended mixture into a saucepan and warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Gradually sprinkle gelatine into warm mixture and blend with hand blender until smooth or whisk inRepeat until all of the gelatine is blended.
Place silicone mold onto a cookie sheet and pour peach mixture into the moldPlace this on a tray and put it into the freezer.
Remove from mold once fully chilled and firm and store in an air tight container for up to 7 days.
