Directions
Steam the broccoli until it's tender enough to stick a knife through the stalks.
Steam the spinach for a few minutes until wilted.
In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion until they are soft and fragrant.
Add the steamed broccoli, spinach, sautéed garlic, and onion to a food processor.
Pour in the Ossa Beef Bone Broth.
Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Serve: Mix a few spoons of the broccoli spinach pesto with your cooked pasta.
