Directions
Over medium heat, fry mushrooms and garlic with ½ tbsp of ghee. Meanwhile, in separate pans boil the buckwheat noodles until soft (4 minutes) and 1 egg for 8 minutes until medium boiled.
Remove the mushrooms and garlic from the pan and heat the chicken bone broth over medium heat and gently simmer.
Pour bone broth into a bowl and then complete with noodles, mushrooms, egg, seaweed.
Finish with spring onions and serve.
