This delightful Honey Panna Cotta combines creamy textures with the natural sweetness of honey. It's a simple yet elegant dessert that’s perfect for any occasion, especially as a weekend treat!

Ingredients
-
Milk – 1 cup (cold)
-
Cream – 1 cup
-
Ossa Raw Honey – 2-3 tbsp, or to taste
-
Ossa Gelatine Powder – 1 ½ tsp
-
Sea Salt – a pinch
-
Almond Extract – ½ tsp
Directions
Sprinkle Ossa Gelatine Powder over the cold milk and allow it to sit for about 5 minutes to "bloom." This helps the gelatine dissolve more easily and evenly.
Place the milk and gelatine mixture over low heat, stirring gently until the gelatine is fully dissolved, which should take about 1-2 minutes. Make sure not to let it boil.
Once the gelatine is dissolved, add Ossa Raw Honey to the warm milk mixture. Stir until the honey is fully incorporated, giving the panna cotta a subtle, natural sweetness.
Remove the mixture from heat, then gently stir in the cream, almond extract, and a pinch of sea salt. This creates a creamy, balanced flavor with a hint of almond.
Pour the mixture into small glasses, ramekins, or molds of your choice. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 3-4 hours, or until set. For the best texture, allow it to chill overnight.
Serve your honey panna cotta as is, or garnish with fresh fruit, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of crushed nuts for added texture.
